Title of the poem is, "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing it right."

Does anybody know were I can find a poem like this?

what about this one:

Dream Big!

Know, though, that things worth doing seldom come easy.
There will be good days.
And there will be bad.
There will be times when you want to stop,
pack it up, and call it quits.
Those times tell you that you are pushing yourself,
that you are not afraid to learn by doing.Persist.
Because with an idea, determination, and the right tools,
you can do great things.
Let your instincts, your intellect, and your heart guide you.
Trust.Believe in the incredible power of the human mind.
Of doing something that makes a difference.
Of working hard.
Of laughing and hoping.
Of lazy afternoons.
Of lasting friends.
Of all the things that will cross your path this year.
The start of something new brings the hope of something great.
Anything is possible.
There is only one you.
And you will pass this but once.
Do it right.
Do it now.

I am confused as to what it is you want.

You post a question "I need an idea for a poem? ", and then you give to us a title that you already have, and then you are asking us "Does anybody know were I can find a poem like this?"

Sounds to me you do not know what it is you want. If you want an idea, that has to come from you. If you have an idea, then the following poem has to come from you.

Anything that we may give to you from the poets that we have studied and learned from would be plagiarism.
