Live in Fl, looking to sue a credit cad company (what do you have
in your wallet). what's the procedure?

In CA we have a "small claims court advisor's office" in every county. Your state may have something similar. Check your government county listings in the phone book. National companies are not that easy to sue and serve. You'll have to make sure you have a valid cause of action, name the proper parties, and serve them correctly for the law in your state. You'll probably need some legal advice before you start.

You can go down to the courthouse and ask the clerk which forms you'll need, go to a law library and find the proper way to fill them out, then take them back to the courthouse, pay a filing fee, and have them filed (by the clerk)

Or, in Fl. I believe paralegals can work independently. You should be able to get this done inexpensively and quickly by finding a good one near you.
