Every time I turn around he is RIGHT THERE!! Now he is even going after my best friends. What do I do about this dude??

Oh for crying out loud. Why dont you try treating him like a human being. He may be a decent fellow and just think you are good looking and wants to know you.If you think he is uglier than home made sin, it doesnt mean he is evil.It just means he would like to date you, but it does NOT mean you HAVE to date him.Just tell him you like him as a friend and thats all youll ever like him as.When people are mean to someone like him,if he isnt a monster they help turn him into one by being mean to him.
After yrs of being rejected and mistreated just for showing interest in someone hurts a lot and it wounds people emotionally.
Now if AFTER you tell him you just like him as a friend and he becomes aggressive thats when you tell the teachers and your parents and THEY will see that he learns his boundaries.

Start by asking him if you can help him? He might be shy and not know how to talk to you.. Not all boys have hidden agendas, and by being rude to him or telling him to buzz off won't change the fact that he will still want to talk to you.

He is going after your best friends as he might find it easier to approach them and get them to talk to you - seeing you say that you are telling him to go away.

If you don't resolve the issue at this point, bring it to the attention of an adult or teacher, as if he is stalking you, it may lead to something of greater danger and this behavior needs to be nipped in the bud.

To me it sounds like he is trying to get your attention - whether that is good or bad needs to be found out by you or by an adult if the kid won't leave you alone.
