Valentine's Day.
It's an artificial holiday created by the greeting card industry.
It serves NO purpose, commemorates nothing in particular, and is celebrated by buying things with no value that will be either thrown away or eaten, which contributes to obesity.
It creates temporary happiness for some, but causes depression in most--those whose "other half" forgets or doesn't do the "right thing", and those who had to spend the money on stupid things.

That would have to be St Valentine's Day!
I can't think of any other Holiday that causes more people depression! How many times have you been without a bf/gf on St Valentine's Day?

We spent a week with my brother & his family at Kempsey on the N. coast of NSW Australia. Now I love my family, no problem there, but it RAINED all week!We had a 500 mile drive home, and nearly got surrounded by flood waters in Central NSW.What a bummer!

The holidays that are less important like Columbus Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day. i mean, they are important, just not as important as Christmas, Easter, or Thanksgiving. i also don't really care about St. Patrick's Day, even though I'm Irish i don't do anything but wear green.

Thanks giving because I'm English and I have to hear about you lot gorging on wonderful food whilst I sit here and gnaw on a stale biscuit because it's the only thing in the cupboard currently that isn't scary-looking!

im with vev anything that invovles me being nice to family members besides christmas, so i would have to say thanksgiving i just want the food i dont care about saying "hi"

New Year's Day is pretty damn depressing. I hate the Rose Parade, I don't watch football, and that's usually the day we take down our Christmas tree.
