I would like to buy in bulk, but not tons. I specifically need white and off white.

Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Wal-Mart can have a decent selection at times too.

What kind of ribbon do you need? What widths? What do you use it for? I find alot of my craft ribbon at flea markets, yard sales, etc. Not always a full spool , but usually enough left to make it a good deal.

Do you know any other crafters? If you can find someone who is on the Jo-Ann fabrics mailing list, there's a set of coupons for discounts on large purchases. You could save quite a bit.

Or you can check odd-lot and salvage stores in your area and see if they have any bins of ribbon.
