Who are the West Coast swing champions?

Everytime a west coast dance couple comes to australia they are advertised as the US champions, so who really are the champions?

I don't know who won the title most recently, but I can esily see how more than one couple could be announced as US Champions. If they won the title a year ago I recon they are still Champions.
