I am being verbally abused by my boss at work?

ok I am 15 and I work at dairy queen and my boss is all the time complaining about how I do everything wrong and that she hates me.

I have been there 5 months and longer then any of the other employs becuase everyone except me quit and everyone except me has got a raise.

also I did not get payed for training for 3 days and all my boss does it ***** at me about every little thing.

so what should I do I DONT want to be broke but I dont wnat to go through the he*l*l I have to put up with to make 2oo dollars every two weeks

and they cheated me out of some money and did not give me my pay stub.

I have to work in the morning so do you think I should quit or what.

also can I get unemployment for this.

and could you tell me something I could do to make some extra money

You could............
call labor relations in your state and talk to them. Tell them about the harassment and discrimination that is going on.

or

Call legal aid and talk to a lawyer about what is going on.

or

Get your parents involved. They may know a way to help you keep your job and
get your boss to lighten up.

I think you should look for a new job and when you find it, go to her and tell her that you are out of there.
