I have the same problem.. I think I have depression and you seem to also.i'm really upset about my hair because it's messed up and too short. what i do is stop, count to 10,then look at something blue.it calms you. Then take a deep breath and maybe talk to God if you believe. Also, think of other things,.like things that could be worse but aren't with you, just thank god for the things you do have like shelter and the clothes on your back. Or you could also watch the news regulary and see what bad things happen on there and you'll start feeling better like I did cause you see that your life isn't so bad after all. And last but not least, you talk to someone, talk to a friend, parent, teacher, any adult.TRUST me,talking to somebody makes you feel better.Hope this makes you feel better and also helps you, bye.

I know what to do! Play a sad song and look in the mirror. Cry it all out!!! I mean cry till you can't cry anymore. Take a shower, and you'll feel a lot better. That's is what I did when I was younger when I felt stressed. Then take a nap. Good Luck!

i drink. But if you are underage, start running, till you sweat and feel your muscles burning, then you run longer, at a certain point, youre gonna feel what they call second wind, thats like a shot of some drug (and actually is, endorphin, stronger than morphine or opium or any known drug, straight in the vein, wow), from that point on, you can do whatever, pain wont be an issue, and also, youre gona feel happy and destressed. But remember to wear proper shoes and stretch, We need this drug, we are born addicted to endorphin if we dont get it we suffer. I'm serious.

Ive been there before hon.I learned that the LORD cares whether anyone else does or not.I learned to pray because the Bible says to "cast all your cares upon HIM for HE careth for you".
I learned that IS true and HE does care and I pray until the burden is gone. The LORD always sees me through and HE will do the same for you to hon.
If you want to E-mail me and pour out your troubles I will take the time to listen and if I can offer any help I will.I dont know you, but your my fellow man(or girl in this case) and so you'll know, there's at least one other besides JESUS that cares.

well everyone is different on how to handle stress. Personally I go to the gym and walk on a treadmill while listening to my ipod, sometimes I cry and cry and cry to get it all out...but most of the time I go outside w/ my dog and play with him. I sounded just like you a couple of years ago...I then started started telling myself...I'm not going to waste my life being miserable. Simple, yes...but it worked. I try to keep myself busy and think positive. You can do it.

Chill out. Take a break with your friends.
Don't fret. Start over. Try a bit of everything. No one is talentless. Believe me, you'll find something you're good at.
What job do you want? Study the subjects which are involved with it, and you'll get that dream job. It's never too late to start over.

Find someone you can trust and just vent and vent and vent, some people are just very emotional and find it hard to not cry or scream when talking about things that they are find very stressful.
Personally I never get SUPER stressed or stressed at all, so on a personal level i cant help.

A good friend of mine told me that,
"The measure of my pain, is between what I wanted to happen and what did happen."
If you can understand this, you'll realize even when bad things happen to you, your in control of your own feelings and emotions. I've being through the ruff est of times some very but i learned I didnt have to let my emotions control my life.
Good luck to you..
