I would personally recommend ebay. I lost my ti-83 a few months ago and decided to upgrade to a ti-89. I was able to win one for about $70 after shipping and handling. (it wasn't the new titanium version, but still works great and actually graphs faster)

Amazon.com has new/used calculators and you don't have to bid. Therefore if you purchase it from there you will have it to yourself.
