You are still quite young so there is a good chance you will continue to grow. However if you don't (like me I'm 19 and still so small) there are actually natural ways to increase your breast size. Soy as well as many other plants, foods, and herb can help as they have estrogenic properties. If you do not grow I would suggest visiting this forum: http://www.natural-breast-forum.netoutlook.co.uk/
The girls are so sweet and helpful, and they have alot of knowledge about this stuff. I visit there all the time and have seen how many women have increased their cup size simply by following different routines. Good luck.

I don't know what works. But your chest will grow in time. Some grow faster then others. And it depends on your family history too. Me, I am 16 and a A cup, and can still grow a little bit too. People say your chest will grow after you've started your period, well I've had my period since I was 13, and I would think my chest should have grow a bit more..... but some people just grow a bit slower is all.
Don't worry about it, i time your chest will grow.

Get yourself a padded bra and no nothing is going to make your boobs grow faster. I remember my Dad used to tell me I would have the last laugh on the girls with the big boobs and he was right. Gravity is not their friend when they get older those big boobs will be hanging down to their knees and it ain't pretty or they are looking up surgeons to cut some of them off.
I might not have big boobs but they are still pretty and I don't need a surgeon to cut some off either. I think I came out better on that deal. You will see what I mean.
I know how you feel for now and the best thing to do is get yourself a padded bra who will know but you. Good luck girl don't sweat it you are the lucky one.

Not soy specifically, but keep eating protein. It won't make your boobs big specifically, but it will help you reach your natural size. Fear not, when I was your age I was tall and barely a double A, and now I'm tall, slim and a natural 34D. Last word of advice? Resist the temptation to stuff :)

Nothing will make them get bigger except gaining weight all over or genes. Like you said though, you still have plenty of time to grow. I was flat until I turned about 16, then I was in a c cup all of a sudden.

Think about who has the most soy based diet...asian countries which are not known (exceptions , of course) for very full busts.
It really depends on genetics and you're still very young. Get a padded bra and give it some time. Big boobs aren't everything, you know.

This might help, but not for everyone... It's an old folk remedy for flat chested women, eat celery, a lot!!! as much as you could in a day!!! It worked for my sister, in 3 months she changed her bra size!! But I don;t swear by it, I have been pretty gifted in that department, I am a double D and I never tried the celery as a remedy... But for all it's worth, celery is a good nutrition food, so you don't lose nothing by eating more.

Just embrace your flat bust! Be happy that your boobies arn't falling out of tops and hurt when you run without a bra. Also be happy that guys arn't staring at them when your shirt is tight!
Be happy with what you have now don't worry about your size because it doesn't judge your character....

All not true. It's mostly all hereditary. Ask your ma when she went thru puberty. You may be a late bloomer like her.
Hardcore athletes may delay the onset of breast development, other than that, only some kind of odd disease may play a factor, but you sound fine.
So roll with it...you will be happy later in life when everyone else starts sagging..!

You're only 14. Your breasts don't stop growing till after you're 20. Give it time. Wear a Push-Up bra. They have some great ones at Victoria's Secret.
