The keppra won't affect a pregnancy test, either blood or urine.
It is possible to get pregnant after having your tubes tied, but very very unlikely. About 2% of women who have their tubes tied get pregnant and nearly all of them get pg within the first year after having the procedure. So your odds are virtually nill.
