Why cant we just get rid of everyone who has AIDS and isolate those with HIV. eventually those with HIV will die out. This would stop millions from dying afterwards. Why look for a cure if the virus would eventually adapt to it and become even more deadly. Since many people in Africa have HIV and not many metropolitan areas that would be an ideal place to start. One big step would be to unite all- or most world powers to one government. Over the years we would have enough resources to scan everyone for HIV. Then quaretine those who are positive in africa and get rid of those with aids. There would also be no wars and little rebellion if you keep the people happy in a world run by one major government with each "countries' government" running their own respective regions. Obviously this cant be done in in one big step, but gradually wouldnt it work. We'd be saving millions, if not billions from the HIV virus and have one peacful united world government.

we can be sure people will still have it, but there will be much less, and we would promote education and run periodic scans and peel out those who do have it and isolate them...eventually this wouldnt be a problem

no peace can be acheived if there is no war, right?.Hitler and others made such stupid fatal mistakes. They were honestly out of it. Now if many of the worlds great minds would just come together. Isnt that logical?

It will not work.
People do not agree with the government we have and you want to unite all or most to one government.
Governments are run by people who, as you know, are basically evil. They lie, cheat, and well look at your local governing body. I am sure that they are doing something wrong, even if you do not know what it is. They are very sneaky.
And the people will not be happy know matter what you do. There will always be nut jobs that want to be in power and kill to do it.
After aids, they may want to get rid of everyone with phsyical disabilities. It will stop them from suffering. There is no real cure for some of them you know. Who knows, old age may be after that. Old people just end up dying anyway.
Besides, it is unethical to get rid of people the way you want to for the reason you want to.
It is probably what the world will come to.
In the end times what is good will be bad and what is bad will be good.

It seems that Hitler made an attempt to do something of a similar nature, as did others before him. There will never be one world government because you will never get everyone to agree on what that government should be. If you begin by removing all those with HIV/AIDS, what next? Do you then sort out those with deformities or other serious illnesses? It isn't going happen if you are dependent upon the entire world being in agreement. Many people within any given community don't even agree with each other.
