Stormtroopers were made up of a mix of Jango Fett clones, clones of other elite troops, normal humans, and a small minority of various aliens.
Clonetroopers were all Jango Fett clones.

They are the same characters. The clones eventually become the storm troopers that everybody loved to hate in episodes 4,5,6.

Dan W is correct later on in the series they are a mix. Except that there are no aliens, the emperor was prejudice against other species.
