I mean, look, the guy is almost 30 now and RBs have shorter shelf lives in the NFL. He's the best running back around and he's HUNGRY for a ring, and he's not going to get it with Norv Turner cheerleading. As for the Patriots, I can't remember when they ever had a star running back, one that can be the perfect complement to Brady-to-Moss air attack, making it all the more dangerous to the opposing teams. Nice, ey?

Simple.

Ricky Williams spent 5 months at a clinic outside of Boston. Within that five-month period the Red Sox won the world series & the Patriots have been killing opponents (besides the Eagles). He's also on a HORRIBLE Dolphins team that makes the Bucs when they first entered the league look at least like a .500 team. There's no talent on the offense anymore. The defense is about as old as... well they're old. I realize it's only Cam Cameron's first year; but come on. You passed on a chance in the draft for at least Brady Quinn at best to take a not exactly healthy at the time Ted Ginn Jr., who I'm not saying was bad at Ohio State; but I believe you boys are still waiting for your return on that investment & the way things seem to be going, it might be awhile.

Ricky Williams has a better chance of becoming a Patriot than Tomlinson ever will.

Sorry if that seems a little harsh.

specific. Going undefeated is straightforward for communities only like the Patriots, thats why its got here approximately maximum of situations till now. /sarcasm don't be ridiculous, there's a reason its basically got here approximately 4 situations in the NFL's 87 365 days history (34 Bears, 40 two Bears, seventy two Dolphins, 07 Patriots). Do you not remember the video games against the lowly Eagles and Ravens New England slightly squeaked out? They play 4 branch winners next 365 days (which incorporate at Seattle and at Indianapolis; 2 communities nicely-known for his or her mind-blowing information at living house), and since the Eagles, Ravens, or maybe Giants confirmed final 365 days, you are able to't count type any team out. the probability of the Patriots having repeating undefeated seasons decrease back to decrease back is with regard to the comparable because of the fact the probability of the Falcons triumphing the large Bowl next 365 days, in case you seem on the tendencies traditionally. And only staring on the Patriots' team, they made no significant unfastened agent acquisitions, lost their #a million nook, their protecting team chief is 35, and NO, Jerod Mayo is unlikely have a "Patrick Willis type rookie season". He might desire to have a shot at DROY yet heavily, you think of he will have on the factor of 174 tackles? the main tackles any single participant on New England had turn into Bruschi's ninety two. Willis turn into on the sector extra suitable than the different protecting participant in the NFL final 365 days (he performed each snap for the 9ers' protection, who have been enjoying protection extra suitable than the different team than however the Lions), and his helping solid is nowhere close to the point of the Patriots' (till you're asserting you think of Bruschi, Seau and Vrabel are because of the fact the comparable as Banta-Cain, Haralson and Smith) so he turn into in actuality making each handle that his teammates ignored (that have been plenty). So i will say it back, don't be ridiculous!

the patriots are to good and disciplined to get a player like LT sure he isnt that bad but he lacks good discipline for example when the chargers lost the playoff game against the pats last year he made a comment that was very unneeded and i felt that game was an extremely good game i know that the pats dont have that great of a running game but i think the pats need to spend their money on some good defensive players besides overrated running backs who cant keep their mouth shut
so no i dont think he will play for NE next yeer

It would be lovely but it'll never happen. He hates the coach! Oh and how can they cheat the cap there Repeat Offender? Just like the 9ers did in the 80's & Cow Girls did in the 90's? If they do land him, he'll sign more much less just like Moss did. It's smart, paid less for a ring!

It would actually come down to what Tom Brady wants!!! If Brady wants him, then the franchise will make it happen. The only reason the got Randy Moss, was because Brady pushed for him, if it was up to the "coach", and the franchise they would not have gotten MOSS.

Doubtful. Tomlinson is up there with Peyton and A-Rod as one of the most hated players in Boston. Besides, he's talked so much crap about the Pats I doubt he'd want to play here.

i guess he could get a championship but they wouldnt use him at all. look at how much they use maroney now... he has all that wasted talent because all they do is pass.

I dont think he will for that reason and hopefully he doesnt because then the patriots will go undefeated the next 5 years with no competiition

eh, I hope not. I was thinking it might be prudent to trade Mike Turner for some crazy-*** defensive players.

I guess it would depend on money...If LT demanded too much, the Pats wouldn't bother...Randy took a pay cut to play for NE...
