as far as your date locale, I don't think bars are great places to talk at. they are very loud.
anyways, I like the jeans and the heels look, but I would find a different top to wear. T-shirt is too casual and not the right impression to make. I would do a sexy sweater or something else that is more date appropriate. You want to look like the adult 32 year old woman that you are, not a girl in college trying to act older by wearing heels to a bar.
I am 32 as well, and would definately do the heels and the jeans, but maybe some sort of form fitting v-neck sweater or or a nice tank top or blouse. see attached pics/outfits.

I think jeans heels and a tshirt would be cute. Plus it would be comfortable and thats gonna make you comfortable to be around this guy. Just go in something that shows ur personality. If your a comfortable laid back person, the jeans and tee would be perfect, but the heels are gonna show some classiness also and that you have got a dressy side. I think it would look good.

Warning: most bars are quite noisy so it will be hard to talk.
Bars have a lot of distractions, too, if they are crowded.
You better find a cozy corner of that bar or else the guy is going to feel drowned out.

I would swap the t-shirt for maybe a sweater or a casual yet trendy top. At 32 a cute little t-shirt might be too juvenile.

I think that sounds more than exceptable. For crying out loud....it's a bar! He shouldn't expect more than jeans, heels and a cute t.

If your date is taking you to a bar, then he doesn't care very much how you're dressed. He only cares that you'll be taking you clothes off later. -yk
