If you are 40 years old or older, get a PSA test. It could be an enlarged prostate, or prostate cancer.

It sounds like a bladder infection. I'm a woman, but women get them more often than men. I know the exact sensation. Go to the doctor and get a simple antibiotic. It could also be prostate enlargement. It depends on your age if you are middle-aged or pubescent, it can certainly be your prostate.
