i know its somthing like 18 and older

You must be 18, a citizen, and not have been convicted of a felony or committed to an in-patient mental facility.

Check with the "registar of voters" for your county or your states "Secretary of State" office for rules pertaining to your specific location.
The only general rules is that you are 18, registered to vote, a legal citizen that is not on probation for a felony offense can vote.

lots of stuff out there. But basically 18 and a citizen. And of course you do have to register.

yea, when your eighteen you can vote, but you have to fill out this pamphlet thing you get at the post office and mail it in.
