DO NOT listen to the person who suggested Pepto-Bismol. It's contraindicated during pregnancy. Lots of those OTC indigestion cures are: baking soda and water, Brioschi, you name it.
You can take Tums or Rolaids. No need to even speak with your OB about that.
If those don't work, and with your OB's OK, you can try liquid Mylanta. Keeping it in the fridge seems to boost the effect.
If THAT doesn't work, you can take Zantac. My OB allowed me to take double the maximum OTC dose every day (with medical supervision, of course).
And if even Zantac doesn't work, you can get a prescription for Prevacid. Which saved my life.
If you need to go to prescription meds, though, be sure you've really tried all the self-care measures and talked to your doc every step of the way. He or she might have your gallbladder looked at, and any doctor will want to rule out preeclampsia (which is not a problem for you, at one month, but upper abdominal pain can be a serious symptom after 20 weeks...).

Tums are good. If you like milk try drinking a little also. Tums also give you a little extra calcium too.

I lived on Pepto Bismal through both of my previous pregnancies and now on my third I still stick with what I know works, try it ... it might work for you.
