No .He is as effective now as his successor is, in giving everything back to the Terrorist.I'm beginning to think that all the leaders in the world should have medically induced comas for the duration of their elected terms.The world might become a better place.

His sons visit him daily. Obviously, they're not ready to let him go...so I say no.
