The kit is a korky plus: adjustable fush valve kit, universal replacement fixes leaks at tank drain.
The water just start draining out slowly and after about two inches it start filling up again.

Can someone help me , Please?

sounds like the "flapper" valve is not sitting correctly and not sealing at the bottom of the tank. Possibly your chain is set too short and is holding the flapper open a little.

aolt of "universal" flush valve kits aren't universal. Depends on the toilet It's best to go to a plumbing supply house and get the right one for the brand of toilet. Also check and see if water is going over the overflow tube. Might just need a water level adjustment

If you replaced everything correctly, and it still is emptying and refilling, you may have a crack in the bottom of the tank. The crack would be around where the flapper would be, this would allow the water to go down into the bowl but not on the floor.
