Let the KOH solution be called KS. Let the H2SO4 solution be called HS.

49.0mLHS x 0.291molH2SO4/1000mLHS x 2molKOH/1molH2SO4 x 1000mLKS/0.420molKOH = 67.9 mL KOH solution
