The main age group of people asking questions on here is the 10-16 age group. So as they begin to explore their bodies (as we all did at that age) they are going to have lots of questions.
Its the same as the females who all ask about whether guys like them, their periods, birth control and breast size.
People will ask questions like that on here because they don't have other people they feel comfortable asking, and they can remain annonymous. Its not a bad place to ask. It does get annoying with the same ones over and over but what else would you expect....

Because in the female section, they are all about: tampons, pads, birth control pills, ovulation and how much it will hurt to have sex for the first time.

Have you looked at the women's side? It's all about birth control, periods, better sex, bigger breasts, etc. It's just what they are concerned about. You don't need to judge.
