Yes, I like Barry Manilow's music. Been a fan since the 70's.
He is so talented. He also has a kind heart. He has so many charities that he supports. One being Desert Paws in Palm Springs, CA.
His music has helped so many in every day life. I know it has helped me to get through the bad days and even the good days.

You know what? I grew up in the 1970's and 1980's and I was a little punker. Loved The Ramones, The Clash, Sex Pistols, PiL, Violent femmes, Mojo Nixon, Dead Milkmen, Circle Jerks and all that stuff....for the most part I still do.
But here is my deep, dark secret: I ADORE Barry Manilow. He is so craptastic and cheesy...he makes me smile. That is a good thing :)

i can understand why people do.. lets face it , he's the first to admit its a tad cheesy..
but who cares, if he writes / plays the stuff... says a lot
take note spice girls and x amount of other bands who can't even play a note..
thats why i'm glad take that are doing well.. and robbie isn't ..
barlow writes / plays his own work..
