ok, so I have this friend who is really rude and mean, and we've been friends for 2 years! This year I'm friends with a new girl, who REALLY nice, and I kind of dumped my other friend. She has a million friends though now! She says that she doesn't like me but she always gives me mean looks! I think she wants me back, but I really don't want her! How do I tell her to just screw off? Thanks for any suggestions!

oh yeah guys, um her mom is kind of tough, so if I say 'screw off' directly, that might effect me. And also, she's just jelous of my new friend and I hate it!

oh yeah, and I have been ignoring her for atleast a year now, and so she doesn't get the picture! I feel embarressd 2 talk to her now too.

well i don't think she really wants you back if she is rude, and giving you rude looks. So i don't think anything needs to be said.

Either you can ignore her completely or let her get to you. The longer she knows it bothers you the long she's going to play this "mind" game. You are her current squeaky toy and every time she does something and you show that it bothers you, she gets some amount of entertainment. Now I'm not saying she doing it all just to mess with you, some of it is a way she is dealing with how the friendship ended, its her coping mechanism.
What you need to do is completely ignore her, pretend she's invisible, inaudible and everything... You can't give into her drama's or comments. Unless you enjoy the drama.
I know the whole thing feels like a huge mess, but in 2 years you wont remember any of it. And hopefully you are in the US and you have Christmas vacation coming soon so you can chill out and not have to be around her.

This is so typical of girls. Just leave her be. If you and her have new friends so be it. You go on about your life. If she wants to look like the stupid one and the immature one then let her. Mean Looks never killed anyone. Alongs as she doesn't say anything to you or touch you just ignore her and go on your merry way. She'll get over you. The other thing is that she could be doing the faces to see if you will do or say anything to her. Don't let her get to you!

The best way to tell her to "screw off" is to ignore her and move on with your new friends. Keep making more and more new friends. The day will come when you don't even remember that you ever knew her.

Just don't be around her. She will eventualy get the point. But don't be mean. You don't want her to tell you are mean and the whole school hate you. Just make space between you and her and she will go with her friends and you go with yours and when you look back you don't think "i hated her" you think "she was okay, we were pretty good friends"

Why were you friedns with her in the first place. And shes just a hater, she just thinks she has friends so she can get to you. Dont let her do that. You are the bigger person, ignore her

Firstly let us be clear whether u can have a friend who is rude and mean. i do not think a friend can be rude and mean. Secondly if u do not like some one just go n say u mind. do not linger because it may creat problem for every one old friend and even new friend.

i think if your old friend is being mean towards you its def becuz she may be hurt that you found a new friend, but sometimes friends just go their seperate ways because each of your opinions and thoughts and ideas may not click anymore. you could try talking to her but if she isnt on the same track as you in life anymore, stick with people who have qualities of your new friend.

When she gives you a bad look, just look at her as if you don't care. And after awhile she'll stop, and it will feel as if she's gone. Or just walk by her and say it out loud. "Screw off!"

Try to not let her affect you. When you see her, laugh with your new friend like u are having the time of ur life. But dont laugh at her. If you see her, say hi. Keep it simple and non threathen. You know keep ur enemy close, u never know where that nasty rumour is coming from.
