Yes my husband and son took one of their fishing trips on Sunday. It was lovely to have the place to myself and slob around.

Me, my husband works on Sunday, that is "my" day, I got up and had some cappucino, read the paper in my nice snuggies, 'cause it was cold outside, then took a shower and went to my daughter's coffee bar for brunch, met the "regular" crowd and chatted for a while, then I went to the used bookstore on the corner that I love, and spent most of the rest of the afternoon reading a book about Chaos and the Mandelbrot fractals, which I love, such pretty designs, even if I don't quite understand them. Sometimes I use the fractal designs in beading.

Lucky you. There are times I'm glad when it's bedtime for my little shrimpy. I read a little, usually check to see what is on TV and usually end up turning it off wondering why I even have a television. Then I come here, (Senior room) and sometimes play games. I did a little of all that over the weekend. Oh and I had a couple drinks myself. Life is good.

On the golf course, it is always quality time. spending time with the family on Sunday, and TV Sunday night and a nice book before nodding off. Yes. Had a good one.

Well sorta, my grand daughter came for the long weekend and I would rather have "me" time with her. She made me put up my Christmas decorations which i didn't want to do but am so happy I did since it is done, even though it is a little early for me. She l;oves doing it and did so much herself and I get to enjoy them. She is such a sweetie that way. It's fun doing things like that and we get a chance to really talk.

We had dinner, with our neighbors, nothing fancy, a nice Macaroni Cheese.

We also spent some time with our family, and a Sunday afternoon nap.

I often get a lot of 'me' time. Sunday I did lay down on the daybed and fall asleep for a nice nap, which I seldom do.
Not even one of our 6 cats woke me up. lol
