According to The Demon Theory (as proposed by Descartes) your present life could all be a dillusion, a mere dream which some satanic demon has entranced you into. If this is true, then no, I am not on yahoo!Answers, I'm in a dream. And on the off chance that it isn't true then yes, I can factually say that I am on Yahoo!Answers.
How do you ask that I know this for sure? It is, of course, impossible to know for certain what you believe you know is real, isn't it? I tend to beleive that the present is, in fact, real. Whatever I believe is true (for me) until it is disproven with sound logic. Since I believe that I exist and that I am a sane human being (I hope), I can make inferences about my world through my memory, senses, and others around me. Through all of these I can firmly acknowledge that I indeed am on Yahoo!Answers.
I hope I didn't confuse anybody. Sorry if I did. I just get carried away on questions that interest me.
