The Building Blocks of the Human Mind ? Dyslexia explained. A Theory based in Autism Picture Thoughts. (never in a text book before)
Dear Reader's What If we(autistic that picture think) are right?
There is a big segment of the Autism population from all over the world that seem to have figured out the building blocks of the human mind and basically if our theory is correct autism is the slow motion step by step thoughts normal thinkers do all the time just at "normal speed". If science could hook computer monitors to our brain and watch the picture thoughts that form, the thought we convert to normal thoughts;are just a different version of your thoughts. Science would be shocked to see just how simple Dyslexia is they would see an inside out picture thoughts that we use to form a normal thought with . Think of a slide in a projector backwards. If this theory ever holds water someday Pre school will not be 123 and the ABC's but rather the internal slow motion picture thoughts (lack of eye contact in autism circles). Perhaps dyslexia could really be cured with this knowlege and the 'proper' training?
Nearly everyone of us in our high functioning anthropology was dyslexic and many of us over came that (and stuttering too-very similar in terms of picture thoughts) when we discovered our thoughts were inside out and were able to correct them.
Here is another shocker autism thoughts need watered down to be communicated they can be Einstein and Rain Man and also MR/DD If not handled correctly. Who ever thought Autism was NOT MR/DD as we present?

If they have been diagnosed then go to the school and ask for help. Explain to the school the dyslexia. If they haven't been diagnosed then you still need to go to the school. Also, you need to go to a doctor for the diagnosis, prior to asking for help. You have to prove it. GL and GB

My supervisor of mail carriers had it.
See it is true. One doesn't need to read to be able to work for the United States Postal Service.
The morning safety talk which he insisted HE had to read aloud to us was brutal.
Could have saved alot of overtime there, had he permitted someone else the priviledge and honor and glorification of reading the morning safety talk.
This is also the guy who used to pull his pants down and moon the workroom floor. So they promoted him to supervisor.

You should make sure they are tested and receiving needed accomodations at school. You should be tested also. You may have it too. Lots of smart people have it so don't let anyone put you or your children down.

Make sure they are mainstreamed but have a specialized tutor. A dyslexic child isn't exactly in dire need of special ed and can be overcame with treatment.

Ask the teachers at your school for help with them. Get tutoring, if you can afford it, or get them into Special Education. Have them all go to Summer School, every summer.
Get the book below.
