That you can use any technique to win either love or war. There is nothing that isn't allowed in order to win the war or in order to win your loved one heart!!! -

It's a saying which means whether in love or in battle, it's fair game. However it ends, it ends. It is stupid really, because it is not a true statement.

When no price for victory is too high, no matter what the costs or tactics or amount of blood spilled....both sides have determined that victory in love or war can only be achieved through total commitment.....

Love & War are 'absolutes', hence exempt from rules. Thats what its suppose to mean. It is however debatable whether it is true.

nothing...at least i dont think so. i think they are just trying to tell you something thats not true.
because love isn't always fair [its usually not]
&& war...well i dont know about that one..
