Use Newton's Law of Gravity

F = G m1 m2 / r^2

where

G is the Newton Gravity Constant (it's in your book)
m1 and m2 are the two masses (25 kg and the Earth)
r is the distance between the 25-kg mass and the center of the Earth (the radius of the Earth plus 201 km).

Solve for F, the weight of the object in Newtons.
