If I have to bet, I'm betting it'll go up a little more yet.

The law of supply and demand will answer your question.
The colder it gets, the more demand for heating oil rises.
This increase in demand affects supply causing the price to go up.
The opposite effect occurs in warm months.

Perhaps wearing a sweater will help ?
