Try this:
1. Go to your view menu
2. Go to Text Size
3. Pick Larger, or Largest

Look under 'view' on your browser menu at the top of the screen. Then pick 'Text Size' and select a larger size. (If you are using Internet Explorer).

FILE Menu - > View -> Text -> large
if this does not work
click on desktop
properties
in setting tab -> change the resolution.

appearance -. change the font size

download avant brouser and then theres a setting in view called text size of zoom depending what you want
