HELP! WHICH IS BETTER, TITEBOND ORIGINAL (TITEBOND one) OR TITEBOND PREMIUM (TITEBOND two)?

I need to build a toothpick bridge for physics. Which should I use?

I would recommend Stick-Fast (medium formula) . Titebond is a great glue but it would take an hour before you could handle the project pieces.
