Scam. The check is certainly fake.
The contact phone number is a cell phone in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. That should be a clue.
There is a real company called Sicom in Canada, but they make radar systems. They are not involved in lotteries of any sort.

The Sicom you have the web site for is for a e-learning software developer in Mexico (That's what the .mx at the end of the URL means, and why the web site is in Spanish).

Hello this is my other account

I did some research, and found out that sicom was this website
http://www.sicom.com.mx/ (the logo on my mail and the logo on the site is exactly the same). the address on my mail say they are from 1275 Hamilton Rd East, London ON N5W 1B1

When I called them, they had no anwersing machine or anything, it sounded so unprofessional.

Yup, scam. And that check they sent will eventually bounce, so don't spend the money - and don't under any circumstances send them your check or money order, or wire them money, for those "expenses" they mention.

sounds very suspect......

do some research on them......check them out with the business records for whatever State they are located in.
See if they have real offices
try calling them and see what response you get.
Good luck.
