I know that they keep changing the rules for the Vets' committe... and i can't remember the last time balloting was held. I know they anounced the yearly ballot today, along with the executive ballot...but when is the Veterens "old timers" ballot due?

The next VC players ballot for which Santo will be qualified (he might not be named on the ballot, though I have a hard time imagining him missing the cut) will be in late 2008 for the 2009 induction class.

I dontt think you even read far enough, I have already answered this question in another post, and I don't think it is worth my time to answer this again, but hopefully for the last time they vote every 2 years, they voted this year, so that the nex time they will vote is 2009. And I have added the question that I posted this to, as my source, and I even had a couple of more sources in that post to, so next time, please try to look harder.
