No, the kidney is where your urine comes from, and no where near where your semen is coming from. The kidney stones will not pass or 'come out' when you masturbate.
By the way, when kidney stones do pass, there is a LOT of pain so its not something that is going to happen without you realising it.

The kidney stones would have to be in the urethra (penis) before an ejaculation would push them the rest of the way out. If they are in the ureters or bladder an ejaculatory effort wouldn't do a thing. If they are in the urethra voiding (urinating would like move it along). The kidney stones I have seen have been the size of a speck of pepper to the size of a navy been. They are anywhere from a dark brown (almost black) to a light tan color ...that I have noted. I have seen smooth surfaced ones...some irreguar in shape. Nothing that looked like pieces of glass. Some can be irregular enough to be jagged from what I hear. Never knew or heard of any looking like glass. I think it would be a nice way to pass kidney stones...but highly, not likely. I am working on a pair of earrings for my wife. So far I just have a stone for a necklace.
That is my best answer!

They aern't always large. Kidney stones vary greatly in size. Some are as small as a grain of sand whereas others are so big they fill the entire renal pelvis.
The cause of most stones is unknown but they can be associated with a high concentration of calcium in the urine or occasionally in the blood. They can also be caused by dehydration, infection, obstruction of urine and various kidney disorders.
A good indication of stones? Bleeding in the urine. There are many modern methods of removing stones that involve passing a small telescope via the bladder through which a variety of stone disintegrators can be used.
Occasionally, a small opening is made directly into the kidney for large stones. It is very rare nowadays for patients to need open surgery.

I've had about 7 stones so far, and i was born with 1 kidney . I've had a couple that gave little to no pain, just discomfort, and they came out without issues. I've had 2 removed, one via ultrasound, the other with another method. There is no book on exactly how the you are going to react with the stone. I always know when i have one, but it's not always the same expierence getting it out.
As far as masturbation, as long you don't feel the stone stuck somewhere in your penis, you should be alright. I had one stick down there at night, and came out the next day during urination. It was uncomfortable as hell.

First of all, kidney stones won't just randomly show up, so you shouldn't worry about it on a regular basis. When you have a kidney stone on its way, YOU'LL KNOW. I went to the ER twice in one week as one was making its way to my bladder. Also, as other people have mentioned, sexual things are the last things on your mind when you're in the process of passing a stone. As far as if it actually will come out, I don't think so, but that won't be on your mind anyway. All you'll be thinking about is when you can take your next Vicodin.

When a male pees out a kidney stone, the pain is equivelent to female giving birth without drugs. Trust me, you will know when they are coming out and it wont happen during masturbation. Happy Urinating!
