Sounds like your fan assembly has come loose on the motor shaft. Pull the motor and tighten the set screws.

To get the engine warmer, change the thermostat. This will give more heat to your heater.

The noise you are hearing is the fan in the heater housing. When you are stopped and at a idle the engine will warm up due to the lack of air flow. When you drive down the street you are getting more air flow thru the radiator this in turn cools down the hot water in the radiator. The reading on your gauge is for the engine only not the heater.

You might have 2 problems.
1. Noisy heater is either a blower motor and wheel problem or something has fallen into the air box.
2. Not blowing hot air sounds like a thermostat that is stuck open not allowing the coolant to properly heat up.
Best to take it to a shop to have it inspected.

flush out ur system put new anti freez in put a cover over the grill it lets to much air for the winter. open ur fan for the heater and check to see if it is hitting the sides of the frame u can always push the fan back alittle on to the blower if it continues u may have to replace it, it is usualy located under the dash good luck
