Roxy is a nickname, and not a very sophisticated one at that. It's the kind of name a writer chooses for the truck-stop waitress with the heart of gold. Which is *not* an endorsement for using it as a baby's name.
Call her Rosanna Marie and use Roxy as a nickname. Or, at least go with Roxanne.
Your daughter deserves a name that will carry through into adulthood gracefully. Roxy just isn't the best choice.

I don't think Roxy will age well with the child and Marie is too common as a middle name, so no I don't like them. Try something like Cassandra Madeline.
