You have GOT to be joking right? The Pac-10 is probably the 3rd best conferance in the NCAA! Just because USC has been dominating for the last few years, don't assume thet the rest of the teams don't have talent.
Look at the won-loss records. Even in a USC "down year" AriZona State, Cal, Oregon are all undefeated out of conferance. Oregon State only lost to Cincinnati out of conferance, Washington's only out of conferance loss is Ohio State, & Wash State's only out of conferance loss is #7 Wisconsen!
