I don't think they get paid anything when they enter The Hall. They have to be retired from the game for at least five years before they are eligible, so they're not under contract with any team when they enter. It's more of an honor and the crowning achievement of a great career than a means to pick up a paycheck.

I don't know, do really Hall of Fame players get paid to be in the Hall of Fame, but I bet that it is a very special honor to have, to get elected in it, so players may never get there.

Members of the Hall of Fame receive money in two methods. First, the drive for their autographs go up as do the prices. The price for their speeches to organizations almost triple. Second, In recent years the money pot has grown as the Hall of Fame, which produces and markets its own line of merchandise, has been forced to give 30% of the profits to its inductees

"Shoeless" Joe was one of the 1918 "Black Sox Scandal" members and Pete Rose admitted to betting on games as a player and manager so both have done things bad enough to be banned, but as players, they should both be in the Hall. Joe Jackson attempted to THROW THE WORLD SERIES along with 7 others.

There is no honorarium or stipend for being granted the signal honor of the Hall, but it does allow for appearance or autograph fees to be raised with little complaint. Plus they can then charge a bit extra for an "HOF (year)" epigraph.
Officially nothing, but on the side, sure.
