Tsunade... I can see her as an evil principal. If someone gets her mad, she will shove them through a wall and that would be their Phase 1 of detention.
Deidara: Works for the Government making nuclear weapons.
Shino- The guy on the corner that everyone thinks is up to no good and no one remembers his name... hehehehe

Sakura- A professional stalker/spy.
Ino- Owner of a Flower Shop
Sasuke- He'd work for disney against his will being a pirate on the Pirates of the Carribean ride.

Shikamaru- he'd either be a professor or he'd work for the CSI or something and would be the one to capture Sakura.
Naruto- Ramen Shop Owner or a motivational speaker
Sai- He'd be an artist that talks badly about everyone elses job specially about Sakura's, Naruto's and Sasuke's.
Kakashi-Motivational speaker on teamwork.
Neji- A fortune teller who would hate being stuck with his job yet would laugh about Sasuke's job to make him feel better
TenTen- Trick Darts or whatever it is. When the people play darts as a sport.
