Norway is top of the list for 6th straight year on the UN Human Development Index, which ranks 177 countries each year in terms of health, education, life expectancy, income, poverty levels and environmental quality.
I'm in the United Kingdom which came in at 18th place yet, as the song goes, “Home, Sweet Home” There’s no place like home – I miss my beloved country “Philippines: Pearl of the Orient Seas” composed of 7,107 islands (7,108 at low tide).

I'm going to be patriotic and say Russia. There's no place like home. :)
However, some day I'd like to live either in Norway or Ireland - from what I can see in photographs, those places look absolutely stunning.

I'm biased but......AUSTRALIA.
Beautiful beaches, gorgeous guys and girls, world's best wine in South Australia, big everything including the Big Banana, the Big Rocking Horse, the Big Lobster.
Excellent tourist/backpacker destination.
