End rhyme means that the final words of two or more lines rhyme with each other. "Moon" rhymes with "June," for example. "Bed" rhymes with "red." "Water" rhymes with "daughter," and so on.

Off rhyme means that the final words of the lines don't rhyme perfectly but do have some sounds in common. "Water" and "wander." "Moon" and "mood." "Red" and "rent." "Daughter" and "lost her." "Choose" and "juice." Like that.

Internal rhyme (I think that's what you mean, not "eternal rhyme") means that the rhyming words don't occur at the ends of lines in the poem, but somewhere in the middle of lines: "The sea swallowed up all three of my friends." "I spilled milk on the silk gown."
