My computer will not let me uninstall any programs or manage them in any kind of way. Anyone know why?

When I go to any of these things it tells me this action has been canceled due to restrictions contact system admin.

You are not the Administrator. Only the "Administrator" or an adminstrator account can make system changes. I suspect you have a limited account.

You are using a limited user account. You will need to use an account with Administrator privileges. If you have problems locating your administrator account, boot in to safe mode and Windows will display the default administrator account. Usually, when you computer is first booting up, press repeatly the [F8] key and select safe mode with networking.

try it with safe mode when u boot the machine keep pressing F8 key then select the safe mode and try to remove it , this might let u to change the programs
