I was stationed at Okinawa Japan, and ate out often. I have knowingly eaten all kinds of seafood. I was once feed some horse though. Not something that I would recommend, but it was slipped to me as beef. The Japanese girl that gave it to me figured I would freak after finding out! I maintained until she was gone, and it wasn't that bad, but eating horse meat is not something I plan on every doing again!

Raccoon, not bad if you cook it outside so you do not have to smell it...
Rocky Mt Oysters are actually very good, try it at the Buckhorn in Denver.....
Edit, brains need to be mixed in with scrambled eggs or some other food. They have so little flavor of there own that they are weird.....

The heart of a deer. It was cooked with onions and tasted a lot like beef. The texture was a little odd though.

Rocky Mountain Oysters,... think along the lines of pork chop gristle. Needless to say it wasn't an experience I'd care to repeat.

possum stew when I was visiting a Friend in Quebec.....
I really didn't want to eat it but I was their quest for the weekend....so I ate it and thought I was going to die...but I made it through...it wasn't bad a little beefy/wild tasting
