If the floor has a good finish on it, let the wax cool. You can put some ice on it to speed up the process. Once it has hardened back up it will scrape up nicely. If it has found its way into any cracks the process is more difficult, but it is still best to let wax cool before you try anything, or you will just make a bigger mess. "carefully" use a razor blade or putty knife to scrape up the wax. your fingers, and the floor are delicate, so the key word is carefully!

There is a product specifically designed to remove wax. Can;t remember what it is called, but it works. Ask at your local hardware store.

heat some water and on rag place on spot and pick up!!?? to remove it...
