George Washington was a leader, a great military strategist, a genius and a visionary. George Bush is uninformed, uneducated, can't speak a coherent sentence, is easily led, got us into an unwinnable war and has no moral values.
So...this is a hard one...Washington.

George W. Bush is also a liar, and has sent 4,000 U.S. Soldiers to their death based upon his lies, not to mention the 265,000 Iraqi Civilians.
