If you have Microsoft Word, you can get most basic forms by opening a blank document and selecting File -> New. In the 'template' window that opens, search for the type of form you need. If you need definitions, I recommend professional help, not 'free' forms. It is WAY to easy to do something wrong and cost MUCH more than paying an attorney up front.

Any large public library or open to the public court law library. Some courts offer their local forms free on their websites, but you don't seem to be looking for those. Remember books?
