Yes, I agree with you that all the badged people should be congratulated. They have kept this area lively..... and more, the YAP Pasko group has gotten together to give toys to poor children for Christmas!!! More power to them.

I must say I do not know how this is done.
I got a TC before when I was level 3. Then I lost it, but it never bothered me. Now, I see I have it on again. Wondering when I will be " demoted" for the second time, and lose that badge once more.
I think it happens when some people become very active, gaining lots of points in the process, easing out cellar dwellers (like me) in the TC list.
