How do you fast forward a video on a video nano?????

While you're watching it on your iPod? Just click the center button. A thingie will pop up, showing how long the vid is and where you are at that time, like how far along you've gotten.

Just use the click wheel (you know, run your finger along the wheel) to fast forward.
