Well you might be slightly surprised realizing your children are growing up and dating. Main thing is to be nice to the new boyfriend or girlfriend and don't be too judgemental of them and don't run them down to your child after they have gone as if the parent disapproves then sometimes it makes the child more strongly determined to go against your ideas - you know - teenage rebellion!!! Just be nice to the new person and hope they stay in the living area and not sneak upstairs into the bedroom (I shouldn't have said that!!) but you can say no to that anyway. Just chat with them like they are a normal person (even if to you they are a huge threat!!!).
Lastly it is better than having a child that isn't attractive to the opposite sex.
